A. No. This is not a franchisee scheme. “JobEx Recruiters” are motivated people outside Global InnovSource who refer to their friends to jobs posted on the jobex portal.

A. No. As mentioned above this is not a franchisee scheme, hence all costs incurred will be that of the JobEx recruiter.
