RefEx stands for “Referral Exchange”. It is an online referral- portal. There are 3 main entities in the RefEx model. 1st- They are product & service providers, 2nd- Registered members are called RefEx partners and 3rd- referral candidates who are willing to grow in there career or career oriented higher education.
1. Product & Service Providers : These are the companies which provide great career or career oriented higher education product. These companies share part of profit with RefEx partner for refering the candidates for the jobs or career oriented courses offered by the companies.
2. RefEx partners : RefEx partners are motivated individuals who are connected with us by registering on RefEx. These are individuals who are highly networked and connected, e.g. career counselors, small job consultants, housewives, corporate individuals, students etc. In fact anyone who knows somebody can become a RefEx partner. Their main responsibility is to go through a product and services (of their choice) offered by company on RefEx portal and refer them to the individuals they know in their personal network, like co-worker, friends, colleague, relatives or anyone who is eligible for that product or service. Also they will play an important role in motivating the “referred candidates” to join, for which they’ll get an incentive as per the existing company rules.
3. Referral Candidates : Referral candidates are potential right-fit people. They are referred by “RefEx partner”. They are single most important component in the RefEx system. This is because the system works best only once they join and take the benifits of the product and services listed on portal. Also this is when the payout happens for us and hence to RefEx partners.
