As a senior-level individual contributor, you will negotiate complex and ambiguous challenges, driving solutions that benefit both the client organization and Vertex People Solutions at large. The HR Manager can effectively interpret policies to help organizations operate effectively within guidelines. The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills that converge to creat executive presence. You communicate effectively in all mediums, especially in stressful situations, and demonstrate a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization.Handles employee, client and/or human resources conflicts, ensuring effective resolution in accordance with Vertex People Solutions policies; applies expert knowledge and understanding of human resources functions, processes and the interdependencies of such processes; serves as a consultative business partner to client groups, integrating functional expertise/experience, client``s business objectives and marketplace factorsApplies knowledge of Vertex People Solutions business strategies; able to represent Vertex People Solutions by communicating business capabilities and strategies to external constituents Manages work across functions, departments Vertex People Solutions or business operations; structure your team or line of business to meet emerging business needs Establishes operational objectives and assignments; objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation Influences and/or changes the thinking of, or gains acceptance of, others; inspire your team``s/organization``s success through positive feedback and constant support Responsible for operational decisions that will affect deadlines, overall business operations and Vertex People Solutions success; is viewed as a functional resource throughout the organization and across various functions; serves as a consultative business partner to client groups, integrating functional expertise/experience, client``s business objectives and marketplace factors Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies which affect immediate operations and may also have cross-functional effect.
