• Organizing, Planning, Scheduling and Conducting Walk-In Interviews independently with Technical Panels.
• Gather defined job specifications from technical managers with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements. And Discussing the profile and requirement with technical managers.
• Sourcing candidates using job postings, resume databases, search engines, Head Hunting, etc. Also maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database/Pipeline of all candidates

• Conducting reference checks for the selected candidates.
• Post Offer follow-up to make sure the candidate joins in time

• Generating and updating Resource Requirement Sheet.
• Created and maintained a good database on references, Headhunting and clients for Software Professionals at different levels and skill sets based on requirements.
