Job Description :
Ensure effective implementation of HR Policies and Processes.
Design and Implementation of Sourcing strategy.
Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning & deployment.
Device a proper Induction schedule for new joinees and ensure timely execution of the same (within a week time of the new joinee joining the company).
Conceptualize and implement best-in-class people engagement practices comprising of Induction Management & other Structured Orientation.
Provide support in designing the training module including the content as well as the mode of delivery.
Facilitate/ Conduct team level activities to better team building and organization level activities that lead to goal setting, integration and increasing interactions.
Employee Motivation Program’s - Conceptualize, facilitate and execute Rewards and Recognition programs, fun activities, etc.
Design and Implement Career Development initiatives like reviewing Career development path, promotion & career progression.
