But I am bit confused and need your help
As I am a new comer in HR
I have a problem with me
In our company 1 consultant from Australia has joined (Though I am not
very much aware bout his job profile) But sure that he is a consultant
who came here on business visa
Now the HR manager of our other company is trying to force me to cover
him in ESI and PF, even though he is a consultant not a salary paid
employee
Would you like to tell should I go to cover him in ESI and PF
My another question is, should we can go through business visa or we go for an employment visa
