We are looking for the following positions:
VP- Engineering
The VP Engineering would be reporting to the CEO of the company & would be responsible for meeting the project objectives within budgeted time and cost Provide IT Project Management for Process ramp-ups.
Should be able to coordinate with IT staff of Client organization for both operational and project issues
Recognize early warning signals that could result in delays and cost overruns and take corrective actions including escalating to the right level
Coordinate with other IT groups in ensuring that projects are scoped keeping current capacities in networks/infrastructure in mind. To also ensure that projects are executed to the right standards so that post commissioning issues are minimized
Coordinate with other project managers and IT personnel in ensuring that the various independent projects that form a part of a master plan/project dovetail well
Motivate and manage performance of entire Engineering Team
Ensure that project management tools are utilized to efficiently manage projects
Document and share best project management practices with the rest of the IT organization
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have minimum 10 years of experience.
• B.tech/M Tech / MCA / MS from a reputed organization.
• Person should be preferably working with International customers.
• Must have experience in technical leadership on tactical and strategic platform design, ensuring scalability and flexible architecture and adherence to project budgets and timelines
• Should have a good hands-on understanding of Technology Project Management and should have had the experience of managing complex IT projects with a lot of interdependencies and multiple stakeholders
• Should have had the experience of leading a group of IT professionals
• ISO or CMM Level expertise
• Should have the ability to manage trade-offs between cost/time/quality
• Should have the ability to aggressively leverage the organizational hierarchy in order to meet the project timelines and objectives
• Excellent Communication, analytical, interpersonal and team management skills are a must.
Chief Technical Officer
Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) reports to the CEO and is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technology development. The CTO is the company’s top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships to create and maintain market-leading solutions.
• Build and manage a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management.
• Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community and online advertising industry with attendance and participation in industry conferences, networking events and partner meetings.
• Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
• Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.
• Provide strategic advice about source code and intellectual property (IP) protection, third- party technology integration, documentation and valuation of IP assets.
Skills
Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps. Ability to conceptualize, develop, launch and deliver multiple sound technology solutions as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt quickly, be accepted by, and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively express their technical solutions to multiple groups of developers and product/ project manager of various skill levels, and mentor them through to the project's completion.
• Solicits and utilizes feedback from customers, partners and industry organizations (via the Product Management Team) to prioritize product development goals and deliverables (implements a “customer/ market driven” development model). Working with the Product Management Team(s), creates updates and manages detailed project plans (including deliverables, timelines, required resources, budgets, etc.).
• 10+ years managing large scale software development projects. Experience with technology architecture strategy. Experience and knowledge of best practices related to IT service delivery management.
• Experience in directing/ managing parallel group software development, remote team development, and third-party software integration at both the API and source code levels.
• BE/BS, MS or MCA, engineering or similar field.
• Assertive self-starter with ability to work in a resource limited and changing start-up environment. Must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” to get the job done under challenging circumstances.
Head- Quality Assurance & Testing
• Proven track record in Testing Services (minimum 7 years of relevant experience)
Lead, plan, implement and deploy testing strategies and activities across projects and groups on a global level,
• Implement testing standards, policies and procedures and ensure quality and on time delivery, Well versed with testing methodologies, manual and automated testing, and testing practices
• Good understanding of onsite/offshore models
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, client-facing abilities and international exposure
• Mentor team and conduct training programs
• Provide leadership for testing practice building and delivery functions
• Responsible for project quality, client satisfaction and team performance
